On the other hand, there appears to be evidence that Russia has targeted numerous biolabs where it is alleged biochemicals were manufactured. In other words, they are on a clean-up exercise to rid the world of dangerous weapons under the control of a deeply corrupt government. There are also scenes of desperate refugees yet there are other scenes of the production of well-organized movies with crisis actors pretending to be in dire straights.
